Job Title Senior Systems Engineer Job Purpose This position is responsible for the design and engineering of a complete automation solution for the client. Salary Range Negotiable Job Objectives Key Competencies To effectively discuss and clarify the clients needs and determine the feasibility of the solution, which a client would like Iritron to implement. To ensure all specifications and other information is gathered from the client, in order to provide the project manager with relevant information to prepare the project plan for efficient implementation. To design a cost effective solution for projects in order to meet the customer needs. Prepare a detailed design of the approved solution for the client and ensure the effective development thereof. Test the solution to ensure that the designed solution is totally functional. To implement the complete solution at the client and ensure the optimal functioning thereof. To provide training and assistance to the client, to ensure that the client is able to use the system within the design constraints. Supply comprehensive project documentation for the client to ensure successful completion of the project. To provide post project system support for the client as and when required. To partake in the preparation of tenders/quotations, as well as design reviews.
