Candidate Requirements:
• Relevant Engineering Degree (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical)
• Intermediate knowledge of TPM or similar continuous improvement methodology
• Factory manufacturing experience with at least 3 years TPM experience
• 2 successful implementations of TPM preferably with FMCG environment (JIPM aligned)
• Good influencing skills, Problem solving techniques and Change Management
• Knowledge of policies and systems
• Confident communicator, strong ability to direct teams.
