A Facilitator, Assessor & Material Development & Design qualification is essential. This individual must be a Health & Safety subject matter expert, have formal qualifications in safety related legislation, Risk management, Incident Investigation & IOD Claims. Excellent verbal & written communication skills must be computer literate Attention to detail and the ability to liaise al all levels are very important. Highly pressurized position.
